She enters the family business at a very young age and observes that world with those dreamy eyes that only a child can have.
But Emanuela maintains that gaze over the years, in learning the techniques, in knowing the raw material, in experiencing first-hand the human game of relationships. She makes her own everything there is to know, all the secrets of a “profession” that brings joy among people.
And it is precisely with people that Emanuela loves to work, moving agile, with the experience of someone who knows the material well, she weaves and manages relationships because for her it is relationships with people that give meaning to things.
“The appointment with customers is a moment of exchange that I would not give up for anything in the world: I go into the businesses, deliver the coffee, check the machines, see if everything is okay, if they need anything and if they are satisfied. I like taking care of customers, having a pulse on the market and control of the territory outside of what may be the four walls of an office. Furthermore, after forty years we are all friends: we talk about life and what happens. And about their children who I met when they were young and saw grow up, since I started I have had to deal with three generations.”
Emanuela is a woman with a heart that beats strong.
She drives the van, she is on the front line, how else to say it? She is tough. Explosive, enthusiastic, she knows how to motivate her work group and like a true head of the family she also carries out the structural and operational processes of the company: under her responsibility are the Purchasing and Logistics Departments.
She has intuition, accompanied by an uncommon practicality and concreteness that make her a point of reference for her people. She understands situations on the fly and always finds the right solution.
Always ready to question herself, she faces annual production peaks with a spirit of analysis and critical sense, trying to draw positive growth ideas even from the most complex market situations.
In light of everything, it is no coincidence that this company bears her name.
For Emanuela, the day should have 72 hours, yet it does not weigh on her. She is a woman in love. And her job that takes away her heart can make her suffer only if it does not work properly.
