Today I come to you with a recipe that will please everyone, perfect for the #teamsalato and equally excellent if you are on the #teamdolce.
Fried cream, a traditional preparation that is served in various regions of Italy, offered at the table either as an appetizer, side dish or dessert. If you have been to Bologna or the Marche you will surely have tasted it together with a mixed fried dish consisting of Ascoli olives, vegetables and fried meat. If instead you have been to Venice they will have offered it to you as a dessert at the end of the meal!
The recipe is really simple because it can be prepared in very little time, in a few moves and once left to cool it is simply breaded and fried. I had fun swapping just one ingredient, that is, instead of the vanilla bean I added the new coffee sambuca Manuel, which gave it an incredible aromatic note.
